Dear Warner Ranch Homeowner:
We would like to remind all Warner Ranch homeowners about the Warner Ranch RV storage lot. The lot is conveniently located in the Warner Ranch community and is intended for the exclusive use of Warner Ranch residents.
The Warner Ranch RV storage lot is one block east of Kyrene Road, just off Warner Ranch Drive. Spaces accommodate RV’s up to 50 feet long, and the monthly storage fee, regardless of size is only $55.00. This is significantly less than other RV storage lots within a 5 mile radius of Warner Ranch, and the lot is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Spaces may be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Should you or your tenant have an RV to store, please contact Lepin and Renehan Management at 480-345-0046.
